Three members of The Magic Circle were involved in the production of Oliver Twist, the latest film from Oscar winning director Roman Polanski starring Sir Ben Kingsley as Fagin, and Barney Clark in the title role. James Freedman was pickpocket consultant, designing and choreographing all pickpocket sequences and training the actors in the age old craft of picking pockets. Martyn Rowland advised on other sleight of hand sequences and John Styles performed a Victorian Punch & Judy show in the film which was shot in Prague last year on the largest set ever built in Europe. James was promoting the film with actor Barney Clark on 'This Morning' (ITV) on Monday - seen here stealing Philip Schofield's wallet! Oliver Twist opens in the UK on 7th October. Trixx are delighted to have been chosen as exclusive resident magicians for the UK's National Space Centre. It's been a busy week for actor and magician Matthew Duggan.
