Jonathan Creek
is back on our screens tonight (Saturday) in the second drama in this new
series TV Magic • Xtreme Close-up
Magic moves to the Strip. Steve Dacri's close-up show, with has
featured a number of British performers and is now entering its 7th month,
has moved to O'Shea's on the Strip. Additional shows have been added,
including a daytime edition. "We loved performing at the Orleans and we
are eternally grateful for the opportunity they provided us to showcase
our new concept. Unfortunately, the room was so small that we could only
fit about 40 people. At O'Shea's, the showroom holds 180, small by Vegas
standards, but perfect for my type of magic, especially with their large
screen video projection system which enables everyone to experience the
magic." Dacri added that he will continue to include guest magicians from
overseas as part of the shows • Malta's Vanni Pulè 'did lunch' last week
with Josanne Cassar in
The Malta Independent • Uri Geller can currently be seen on Five's
latest reality show every night of the week... bring back some unreality I
say! • That's it for this week, we're online a day earlier than usual due to the
Blackpool
Convention,
which is going to be great!
Your UK magic news is always welcomed, see
you next week, Duncan. 21.2.04 |
