Seeing Is Believing, Dynamo Live Tour 2015: "Dynamo has quickly established himself as one of the world's most known and most loved magicians - he's walked on water, levitated above the Shard, walked down the LA Times Building, predicted the World Cup outcome and taken a trip on the side of a bus but now Dynamo faces his biggest challenge to date as the renowned street magician will take to the stage as he embarks on his first ever live tour. Dynamo will delight fans who, for the first time, will have the opportunity to see his magic skills up close and personal in what promises to be a spectacular and unique live stage production. Dynamo said of his new venture, 'After four series of Magician Impossible I was ready for a new challenge and for a long time I have wanted to take my show to the stage. I am hoping that like I did for magic on TV, I can reinvent the live magic show and produce something fans have never seen before. This is something I have been working towards for the last 20 years and I can't wait to amaze audiences with what I have in store for them.'" The tour opens with twelve dates at Manchester’s O2 Apollo from October 6th 2015, followed by nine dates London’s Eventim Apollo from October 22nd. Dynamo - Live Tour 2015 Click Here. Richard has run The Magic Cavern, a wonderful family magic and illusion show, in the same theatre for over 1000 performances, spanning 12 years and counting. This is the first time the show has been seen out of its original home since it opened in 2002. It will run 10th, 11th, 12th November 2014. Late Night Magic has been presented by Richard for the last ten years at the Jermyn Street Theatre and again this is the first time its moved from its residential venue. As Richard himself says, "Magic belongs to the night. When things go bump and the sleight of hand seems that bit more mystic." Tommy Cooper Photographs by John Claridge. A collection of rarely seen photographs. As part of its season celebrating the life and work of Tommy Cooper, the Museum of Comedy is proud to present an exhibition of photographs of the iconic magician and comedian, by English photographer John Claridge. “In 1967 I spent the most enjoyable afternoon with Tommy Cooper shooting portraits of the great man. We introduced ourselves and I explained that I wanted to do some serious pictures of him. He didn’t say a word; he just gave me that ‘Tommy Cooper Look’. I said to him, “I am serious about this, do not make me laugh!” The session went very well with these sad and very serious photographs. He then said to me “This is very serious … ah-ha.” From that moment the session changed its complexion entirely. For the next hour or so I couldn’t stop laughing, as you can see by some of the portraits. It was not just a memorable afternoon, but one spent with someone who was gracious and charming and, of course it goes without saying, one of the funniest men ever.” John Claridge. 2014 marks the 30th Anniversary of the death of Tommy Cooper. This stunning exhibition of images is part of a season curated by The Museum of Comedy to celebrate his life and work this Autumn with a season that will include an exhibition of his handmade props, archive footage of his performances and a brand new show Just Like That! The Tommy Cooper Show which is written by and stars John Hewer and comes to the Museum’s Cooper room direct from a sell-out season at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. www.museumofcomedy.com  – Learn, Laugh and Discover.
