Jam is a one day magic convention with world class lectures, dealers and
loads more. Leeds Magic Jam 2026 will be held on Sunday 6th September at

inside My Mind Rocks is a little different. Rather than focusing
purely on techniques or effects, this month My Mind Rocks takes a step
behind the curtain - into the thinking, structure, and real-world application of
mentalism.
On April 1st, members will gain access to a special "Member Spotlight" session
with Dave Moses, who lifts the lid on what it was really like producing the
Canadian television show Tricked. It's a rare look at mentalism not as
performance, but as production. What works, what doesn't, and how
methods have to evolve when the audience is no longer in front of you, but
watching from home.
Later in the month, we welcome Drew Backenstoss for a live session featuring
original, unreleased material. Drew's work has a distinct feel - grounded,
practical, and designed for real performers - and this session will be no
exception.
Alongside this, our weekly live sessions continue, with members meeting
regularly to explore ideas, test material, and refine their thinking in a space
designed for growth rather than noise.

Zodiac write: The Zodiac Magical Society in Ealing is marking its 80th birthday
with a month of celebrations. And it is calling out for magicians to come and

Lecturer to start the 2026-2027 Academic Magical Year for The Order of the Magi
in Manchester. Helen Moran was a much respected honorary member of The Order of
The Magi, who worked very hard behind the scenes. When Helen sadly passed away,
she kindly left a bequest to provide the first magic lecture of the Society's

In E-Club Pro Select. Here are the latest additions to Mark Leveridge's
Select range of routines drawn from the E-Club Pro files and put on general
release for a limited period. 1. Face Value. A spectator selects at
random a card from an invisible pack let's imagine the spectator says it is
the 5H. This invisible card is apparently placed onto the spectator's hand. Next
a blank faced deck is freely displayed and shuffled before one card is selected.
This blank faced card to placed momentarily onto the invisible card, and then
when it is turned over, the blank face is now printed with the 5H card face.
2. The Dip Down Reverse Move. A borrowed ring is dropped onto a length of
cord and it is clearly shown to be lying at the bottom of the rope loop. Taking
the ring into his fist, the performer holds up the ends of the cord and visibly
pulls the ring right off the rope! This move will take some practice but it
creates a very strong penetration illusion.
