Illusionist Andrew Van Buren has started work on a new project:
magichistory.co.uk
Andrew writes "It is in its very early stages, more to be added, re formatted, grammatically re written and tweaked, but the bones are at least out there. The object is to add pages of biography regarding performers of the past, mainly magic but also 'spesh acts,' many of whom are getting, or are in danger of being, forgotten."

Hello! magazine for
March 20th had an 8 page spread, with exclusive photos, of Uri and Hanna
Geller's traditional Jewish wedding. The couple married in a civil service
ten years ago, but always wanted a more traditional service. Michael
Jackson was best man, and David Blaine fans will be amused to know that he
was there too. In fact there's a picture of David Blaine and Uri, both looking
very cool, in Uri's customized Cadillac (the one covered in bent cutlery!).

Craig Mileson emails: "I'm on a bit of a quest to find anyone who may have on video tape a series shown in the late 70s of The Amazing Kreskin. All I know is that is was made by Tyne Tees
Television and filmed in Newcastle. I know it's a bit of a
long shot, but any information would be really appreciated." I remember watching some of these shows, but this was just pre domestic video I think. If anyone can help please email Craig directly:
