New From Mark Leveridge Magic. MLM write: Two fresh products have been added to the MLM Select range this month. 1 - The Flying Card. A spectator gets the chance to perform his own magic trick. He genuinely selects any card and an initialled sticker is attached. The card is then slipped into a pay envelope which has his initials added to the flap and address side to prevent it being switched out. With a snap of his fingers, the spectator is going to attempt to make his signed card jump from the envelope and back into the deck’s centre. However, after a couple of tries, nothing appears to have happened. On removing the card from the initialled envelope it is seen to have changed to a blank card with the words ‘your card’ written on it! So where’s the selection? A second sealed envelope is removed from the performer’s pocket, and on cutting it open the signed selection is found inside. No palming, no sleight of hand, this is strong, easy to do magic incorporating a cunning method.  Go to www.markleveridge.co.uk/e-club-pro-select.

2 - Colour Key. Four double-blank cards are displayed. One is placed in view to one side while the other three are arranged in a column on the table. Four keys are shown, there being one each of red, blue, green and silver. A spectator selects one of the keys (let’s say the green one) and it is dropped on top of the blank card just placed to one side. The other three keys are slipped into envelopes which are mixed by a spectator before being placed down next to the blank cards in the order they were mixed into. The performer makes a magical gesture over the cards and on turning them over they are seen to be printed with pictures of red, blue and silver coloured padlocks. That’s a surprise, but then when the keys are tipped from the mixed envelopes, the correct coloured key is seen to have been magically aligned with the same coloured padlock! The final kicker comes when the card originally placed aside is turned over to reveal it has a green door printed on it to match the green key originally selected by the spectator. Both downloads, which have been extracted from the E-Club Pro files, cost just £7.00 and are available for a limited time only. Go to www.markleveridge.co.uk/e-club-pro-select.

Bill Malone: A Professional Development Course in Magic - Magic Circle Scotland. From the organisers: Magic Circle Scotland, Scotland's newest magical society launched itself as a, predominantly, teaching magical society last year. To mark its first anniversary its members have arranged a full two-day event with one of the world's foremost commercial magicians who is best known for his card, close-up, corporate events magic, and his highly energetic comedic style, Bill Malone.

Bill has worked for over 45 years in magic and has built a client base including several Fortune 500 companies, not to mention his magic comedy club "Houdini's Pub" and the Malone's Magic Bar in Florida. To entertain this high-end client base, Bill has developed a system which he runs all his performances through prior to developing shows and performing for clients. This system has worked flawlessly to lift Bill's magic to the level he has held over the last 45 years.

For the first time ever, in Glasgow, Scotland, on 10th-11th June, Bill is going to reveal this Professional Development Course where he will teach his system and show it working in real-time situations with those attending the course. Obviously, given the nature of this course, numbers attending are extremely limited. This is not a lecture as we have come to expect at many clubs, this is a full two-day course designed from the ground up to elevate your magical performances. In short, Bill has guaranteed that if you apply his system as he teaches it, no matter whether you are a novice or a pro, your performances will improve significantly, enabling you to attract more high-end clients. You will also have a lifetime of access to Bill as a mentor. For Full details please visit www.magiccirclescotland.org/upcoming-events and don't miss out. 20.5..23

The Chamber of Wallets. Neil Turton writes: I've created a useful website for mentalists and magicians called Chamber of Wallets. It is essentially an A-Z Index of not only wallets, but peek devices, coin holders and deck holders. There are over 220 listings on the site so far. Each has its own page, with a description, photos, forum links and YouTube videos where discussed or reviewed. Hopefully this will help buyers choose the right wallet.

As new wallets, peek devices, coin holders and deck holders are released all the time the A-Z Index will be constantly updated. Upcoming features will include: A search function. A blog. Details of product launches and competitions. You can check out the site at: www.chamberofwallets.com.
