Northern Magic Circle Spring Convention – Latest News! From Secretary Brian Lead: Excitement continues to grow as Oliver Tabor, Vicky Butterfly and Wayne Trice – the stars of West End Magic, London’s longest-running magic show – join the lineup for the NMC Convention at the Crown Hotel in Harrogate, 6th-7th April. Romany will be presenting her full stage show, along with her Spun into Gold lecture, and the prolific creator of magic Chris Wardle will be delivering the Donald Bevan Lecture. Over the weekend you will also be able to see Franklin the Mind Magician, Andrew Normansell, award-winning ventriloquist Emily Brown and British Ring President Philip Partridge. In the History of Mystery slot, Kay Murray will be talking about her mother, Trixie Queen. Other attractions include a welcome meal on the Friday evening, with cabaret and close-up competition.
