The Business Magician Seminar - a new event from Mark Leveridge. On Saturday 21st June 2014 at the Hilton Newbury Centre Hotel, Newbury, Berkshire, Mark Leveridge will be holding an exclusive half day event designed to help close-up magicians use their skills to help businesses in their local areas. This Seminar will be full of practical advice and commercial magic that will provide all attendees with the knowledge and material to tap into this extra field of potential work. Numbers are limited, and pre-registration is required as there is no entry on the door. E-Club Pro and E-Club Pro Elite members are entitled to a reduction in their registration price. Gerry Cottle's Turbo Magic Circus. Mel Harvey writes: Gerry Cottle's Turbo Magic Circus came to Coventry last week and I was lucky enough to get a ringside seat. No big stars were involved as it was an "ensemble" piece. Here were the talents of the students of Gerry's Wookey Hole Circus School and what a great line up of talent it was. Juggling, balancing, roller skating, unicycling, plus magic and illusion from a radio that vanishes, to a very convincing "Walking Through a Fan" there was magic to suit all tastes and not a card trick to be seen! I witnessed the last performance of the week but the enthusiasm and the speed that these performers worked at, it was as if it was the first show. I said to Gerry if he ever manages to bottle the energy of the show put me down for a crate! The show will be at Uttoxeter Racecourse this weekend and then it moves to The Etihad Stadium, Manchester, for Easter (8th to 21st April). Box Office 0845 835 5050. 5.4.14
