27th May, the Order of the Magi in Manchester will be hosting Lee Alex's
lecture, Better the Devil You Know! An insight into the history,
development, utilisation, versatility and multiple guises of the often
overlooked and unassuming pocket square, commonly known as "The Devil's
Hank", including effects of all genres from close-up to stage to
mentalism.
This event will take place from 7.30pm - 10pm in our club room located

Gus
Wilson. I am sad to report the passing of Magician Gus Wilson
(Graham Wilson) who passed away peacefully at home following a long
illness on 4th May at the age of 88. Graham had a long and distinguished
career firstly as Illusionists Graham Wilson & Hazel and later as Comedy
Magician Gus Wilson plus interludes as Jingles the Clown! He will be
fondly remembered by myself and many other in the business he loved. The
funeral is on Thursday 21st May at 1.30pm at St Faiths Church, Kings
Lynn and afterwards at the Dukes Head Hotel. The dress code is smart
